Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
This position is located in our Moncks Corner Office.
We are seeking a full-time receptionist to greet clients/visitors; answer, screen and forward incoming
calls, and take detailed messages when required; receive and sort daily mail; and provide
administrative support to our personal injury team including opening and closing client files, scanning
documents, filing, data entry, communicating with medical providers regarding medical record and
bill requests and/or discrepancies, and other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements/Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a professional, positive, client-focused, can-do attitude
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- MUST be a team player with desire to learn and grow

* Legal office experience is a plus but is not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.52 - $15.08 per hour
